The International Environmental Communication Association (IECA) hosted a mini conference with the theme ""Communicating for Food Sustainability" on 13 November 2020.
Center for Communication and Social Change (CfCSC) Associate and UQ Academic habil Dr Franzisca Weder was involved in the initiative, acting in several roles including Committee member, panel chair, and presenter.
Held online, the mini conference included an interactive workshop "Hyperlocal food sourcing: trendy or necessary?" and research panel "Advocating for Sustainable Food".
