Researcher biography

I am a joint PhD candidate with the School of Communication and Arts, University of Queensland and the Business School, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. I am currently working on the ARC-Digital Transactions in Asia project as a part of my thesis. Prior to joining the doctoral program, I have been in roles of research associate and assistant professor in India for over three years. For my ongoing research, I am keen on examining the changing financial and social nature of the middle-class Indian household given the widespread adoption of digital transactions domestically. The households being examined are a mix of gig workers, homepreneurs, other professionals, and homemakers.
