Researcher biography

Kabzeel Sheba G. Catapang is an assistant professor at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Prior to joining the academe, Kabz worked for almost a decade in political affairs and legislation in the Philippines, specifically at the Lower House of Congress (House of Representatives) rendering administration, legislative, program-implementation and constituent-relations support to congresspersons from Marinduque and Batangas districts.
